Rivaluce was born from the passion of winemaker Anna Bertorelle, who rediscovered and brought new value to the family-owned vineyards set in some of the most beautiful landscapes of the Prosecco Treviso DOC and Valdobbiadene DOCG. Inherited know-how and hands-on experience have allowed the winery to manage every stage of production directly, from growing the finest Glera grapes to careful vinification and a slow second fermentation. To craft our Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG we draw on all our winemaking know-how, overseeing every process, tasting directly from the tank and striving for an exceptional perlage through a long second fermentation.
